Alamo City Republican Women is allowed to send 37 delegates and 37 alternates to the Texas Federation of Republican Women's State Convention. It will be first come, first served, so contact me as soon as possible if you would like to be delegate. The deadline for registration is October 9th because we must get all the forms to Austin by October 13th. I will have forms available at the September 20th meeting.

Cost is only $150.00. This includes the opening night ceremonies, breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday, plus breakfast and lunch on Sunday. It is a great event to attend. The Omni is the convention hotel and it is $100.00 for a single and $110. double room. I am sure there will be other hotels available too.

There will be great vendors plus many hospitality rooms open in the hotel for you to visit.

Below is an abbreviated schedule.

1.Opening Session for the TFRW State Convention begins at 12:00PM on Friday November 11th.

2.From 5:30-7:00PM Gov. Perry will be hosting a Star Spangled Salue on the USS Lexington.

3. Saturday General Session 9:00AM to Noon.

4. Awards luncheon 12:15PM to 2:00PM hosted by Comptroller Carole Keeton Rylander.

5. Works shops in the afternoon.

6.7:00PM Banquet followed by receptions.

7. Sunday 8:30AM-11:00am General session.

8. Luncheon 12:00PM-2:00PM
